The CEO of Tier 1 Roofing Solutions, Joe Myers, has a dedication to service that runs deep. Born and raised in Lexington, North Carolina, he knew from a young age that he wanted to make a difference. At 18 years old, he answered the call to serve, joining the U.S. Army with the goal of becoming an Army Ranger—a dream he achieved through determination and hard work. With over 21 years of service, Joe spent 56 months deployed in combat, serving in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Africa, Kosovo, the Philippines, and Kuwait. His leadership and dedication earned him numerous honors, including three Bronze Stars, the Meritorious Service Medal, and multiple Army Good Conduct and Accommodation Medals.
After retiring from the military, Joe set out on a new mission—one that allowed him to continue serving others. With a decade of experience in the roofing industry, he founded Tier 1 Roofing Solutions, applying the same values of honor, integrity, and precision that defined his military career. For Joe, roofing is more than just a profession—it’s a way to give back, ensuring homeowners have a strong, reliable roof over their heads. He believes in fairness, honesty, and respect, the same principles that guided him in the Army.
