Very very happy with my experience with Tier 1 Roofing! From the initial inspection, through all the planning, additions on my part, adjustments for rain, communication was great and accurate and everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and professional. The roof itself is flawless, installation was quick and with a minimum of disruption. I particularly like the policy of no driving across the yard just to make things easier for them! Clean up was thorough and there was no sign they had ever been there. All in all, everything I could have asked for and more!

Great experience from start to finish. Generally I am reluctant to allow soliciting but Kenny was so charismatic and friendly. He performed a quick inspection and determined I had hail damage. He helped me through the insurance process and answered any and all questions. The actual work performed and tracked by Mark and was great anll the way through. I am very happy with my new roof.
